TERMS & CONDITIONS - PRIVACY POLICY - REFUND POLICY

  • All orders placed must have a specified date when placing the order. If the date is not listed, the delivery will go out the following business day.

  • For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

  • Deliveries are currently unavailable on Sunday.

  • If the recipient is not there to receive the flowers they will be left in a safe place with a calling card left in the mail, detailing when & where the flowers have been left.

  • Business deliveries will be completed between 9am and 5pm, unless specified.

  • Should the address be incorrect at the time of delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged to the new address.

  • With certain products due to seasonal changes, some flowers may need to be substituted to a similar flower & colour. 

  • Colours of wrapping and containers may vary due to stock availability.

  • Once orders have been delivered, there is a no refund policy. However, we will happily replace any damaged goods once they have been brought back to the store.
