• For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

• Deliveries are currently unavailable on Sunday.

• All deliveries are completed during business hours - no specific times can be guaranteed

• If the recipient is not at the address to receive the flowers they will be left in a safe place

• Should the address be incorrect at the time of delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged to the new address.

• With certain products, due to seasonal changes, some flowers may need to be substituted to a similar flower & colour. 

• Colours of wrapping and containers may vary due to stock availability.
